The Ghost Whisperer actress shared a loving tribute to her husband of 11 years, with whom she shares youngsters Autumn, 10, Atticus, 9, Aiden, 3.

Jennifer and Brian, 46, first started relationship in 2012 after they costarred on the TV collection The Shopper Checklist. They tied the knot on Nov. 20 of the next 12 months, simply six days earlier than Jennifer gave start to the couple’s first baby.
